Detangle dry from ends to root, then co-wash with a sulfate-free cleanser in lukewarm water. Never scrub the lace — press gently and rinse downward so the cuticle stays aligned.

Our raw and virgin hair is built to last 12–24 months. This is exactly how our stylists keep it looking like a fresh install.
Condition and seal
Apply a moisture mask mid-shaft to ends for 15 minutes, rinse cool, then seal with 2–3 drops of lightweight oil on damp hair. Skip conditioner at the knots to protect the density.
Heat style under 400°F
Always use a heat protectant and work in one pass. Raw hair holds a curl beautifully at 350°F — going higher shortens its lifespan more than anything else.
Store it properly
Air dry on a mannequin head, braid loosely overnight, and keep it in the silk bag included with every order. Never store hair damp or folded in a drawer.
Weekly rhythm
- Daily: finger-detangle, refresh with a water and leave-in mist, wrap or braid at night.
- Weekly: deep detangle with a wide-tooth comb, oil the wefts, steam curls back into shape.
- Every 2 weeks: full co-wash, mask and air dry on a mannequin.
- Every 3 months: protein treatment and a professional trim of 0.5" to remove any dryness.
